Shipment Delays

Delays may occur during holidays due to shutdown of shipment facilities.

Domestic Shipments

We ship one standard rate and fee to minimize carbon footprint. The faster the shipment the larger the carbon footprint due to smaller vehicles delivering your products in a unsynchronized way.

International Shipments

You are responsible for your countries custom duties, fees, and taxes. If you do not pay and it is sent back to us, you are responsible for return fees and shipping, which will take another 7-21 days before we get the product back before you are eligible for a refund minus those fees.
